Wayne D. Back in Action (Sort of)

Well, I had my 4th back surgery last Tuesday the 9th, and now a week later I am able to sit up and get some things done for the website. Live Observations: the 2014 PGA Championship

I gave my few lessons at the club and headed home on this Sunday in August to watch the final round of the PGA Championship. I was at Valhalla on Monday and Tuesday with Kevin Streelman, who missed the cut by 2 shooting 69-76. Kevin won the week after we started working together, but has not continued that success with any top finishes. Not Just another Day in the Life

Sunday June 22 was a truly crazy day. I had been in Myrtle Beach since I drove down from DC Thursday afternoon, and had played a nice practice round on Friday at the Grande Dunes course. Saturday morning was the Sponsor Pro-Am, and I teed it up at 8:15 feeling OK, but a little dicey after the warm-up. Wayne D. Finds the Winner’s Circle Again (first time in a while)

Going into the Middle Atlantic Section Senior-Junior Two Man Team championship I had no particular reason to believe anything good was going to happen.
