Wayne D. Makes a Good Swing

Now that I feel better and can actually try to incorporate the things I am telling everyone else to do I figured the website members would be interested to see how I’m doing as far as getting my swing to look and function better. Of course we won’t know until I compete but I’m hitting the ball much better and far stronger and the swing is looking pretty good, and trust me I almost never say that. I need to calm myself down so I don’t overdo things but the back is holding up nicely and since I’m way stronger and fitter than I have been in some time I can finally load up and sequence the thing the way I have always pictured it. I feel like there is no reason, if I am not in pain, that I can’t be one of the best senior club professionals in the country again like I was when I turned 50 (I’m 58 now, so that’s a long stint in the desert).

agree good stuff Wayne but where was the caddy view? I understand most of the stuff you are working on pertains to the down the line view, but its nice to see how that affects the other view as well.

Never too old! Remember the great Neil Coles of England. Won 35 events and played in eight Ryder Cups. In 2002, he won a European Seniors event at age 67. You’re just a pup.

For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure of working with WD in person, I can attest that he can definitely still golf his ball!

That one definitely has a little whiff of the Hogan about it Wayne – most like him I’ve seen you swing it. Very nice!
