Chuck is an avid student and as avid students sometimes will do he has overcooked one of the changes he is trying to make. In this case, it’s his right arm movement in the backswing, and you will pick up the exaggeration immediately when you watch his swing. I comment on his hunching of the right shoulder as he triggers his swing, and then on the fact that he has gotten the arm too deep and high at left arm parallel, which is exactly what he is trying to do but not quite so much so. I would always rather see a student overdo something than have it stubbornly stay the same because it is easier to get back to the middle ground than it is to change age old habits in the first place. Chuck is getting very close to building his swing so that he can approach impact with his hands more forward, and I suggest doing impact drills to train them to look for that forward leaning impact. If you have never achieved a proper approach it is highly unlikely that your hands will know what to do when that actually happens, so it becomes paramount to give them some experience in squaring the face with the hands well past the ball.
