Wayne,
I will send you a couple of different videos. Thanks much for taking a look!
Basic feelings that I get when I am not swinging well:
a. feels as if my right elbow does not get deep enough in front of my body in downswing. Results are inconsistent bottom and shots toward the toe.
b. I have tried “backing in the ball” to allow room, but don’t feel very athletic and lose power.
c. Sometimes I feel as if I need to get forward with my weight to get a forward bottom, but then it turns into a slide.
Thanks Again.

Once again we see a very good player (I’ve played with Barry in the National Club Pro) struggle due to what I would consider a “pinched” right arm in the backswing that causes problems in the forward swing. There are many players on the PGA Tour who keep the upper right arm well in front of the body going back (Sergio, Noh, Scott, Matsuyama etc.) and are able to keep it in place in transition. Most other players who are not quite at that level almost always encounter transition problems, the most common of which would be the right arm seeking depth late in the backswing, causing the club to cross the line and the shaft to steepen as the lower body initiates the forward movement. Barry’s swing does not follow this scenario: rather, the right arm stays well in front heading to the top and causes his left arm to roll up and the club to lay off. Now his “out” move with the hands moves the arms too far away from the body and causes the hands to deliver a high to low approach to impact. Check out the video to see my suggestions.
