Lesson of the Week: Brian McCarthy- Working on Wedge and Driver Basics

      Brian is a long hitter who lacks control and whose wedge game is poor. We start with the wedge, and immediately I see that with his setup, grip, and clubface at address he has little chance to flight a consistent short shot of any distance. I suggest weakening his grip and moving the ball position to the middle of the stance or just forward of middle rather than well back off the right foot.
