I’m not sure about the level of Santiago’s game, but this swing has the potential to produce some excellent ball striking. It should be obvious to you from the beginning that the question here is what to do with the clubface. It is just about facing the ground at shaft parallel in the takeaway, and it remains quite shut throughout the backswing. The wrist position at the top is not overly bowed, and indeed looks quite neutral, so the actual grip has to be questioned (I can’t tell from a video how the club is placed in the hands) and at the very least there needs to be some rotation of the club handle (the grip area) in order to get the face more toe up at shaft parallel, then more open all the way up to the top. If that happens I think it would be a much easier task to get the hands to move outward toward the ball instead of straight down, the right leg to drive inward and the hips to stay deeper in the box, and the release to exit left instead of right due to the better approach angle of the club and the more open face.
