Wayne D, I just uploaded a couple of swings this evening to my YouTube channel and I feel like the downswing transition was finally a little better. I finally got the feeling of really trying to throw out my hands towards the ball to flatten the plane, which as you said is such a counter-intuitive move and still feels alien, but the ball is starting to behave better.
