Steve is a website member from Houston, Texas who visits DC every now and then and has stopped in to see me at Woodmont once before. This video looks at a 2 hours session we did this week, and I used the live audio camera to capture us working together on the range after I looked at his initial swings. Everyone seemed to like when I did this before, and although the video is somewhat longer than most of the ones I post I think it will hold your interest.
Steve has nice action, but is plagued by weakness at impact. We see in the first batch of swings that the ultimate reason for the flippiness of impact is a sequence problem in transition. As I mentioned we worked for 2 hours on this day, and then 2 more hours the following day, and I will likely do another video that summarizes our further work. Here we see how I use shafts to set up a practice station, mirrors for visual aid, and hands on manipulation to give him the feel for what I am trying to get him to do.
