I should put a warning label on this video that says “Caution: Quite Physically Difficult to Accomplish”, although if you can get a bit closer to what Koepka does your swing will definitely improve. Staying bent over during the golf swing (not to mention getting even more bent over like Brooks does here) is possibly the most physically demanding movement in the golf swing.
