In this lesson, we see Jason rehearsing his takeaway nicely, but when it’s time to hit the ball he squeezes his arms together and pushes his left shoulder down as he hyper-extends his left arm.

As you have seen from previous lessons, both online and in person, Jason has a wonderful swing but tends to get off track with his backswing. In this lesson I address his tempo, which I think is too fast for him to really feel what he is doing at the start of his swing, as well as his tendency to push his left shoulder too downward also at the beginning of the takeaway.
